About Els
Els is a business development manager for specialty gases. She works in the logistics and sales department, where she is an account manager. Her customers include laboratories, pharmaceutical and chemical companies and other users of analytical gases.
As well as looking after customer orders and invoicing, Els is regarded as a valuable source of information and she sends information about Air Products’ products and services to companies on request. Els enjoys sharing her knowledge about the storage and distribution of gases and the importance of finding the right gas mixture for each application.
Her experience
Els has gained a vast amount of knowledge about specialty gases and how they work in analytical applications. She studied languages before joining Air Products as an administrative assistant in the sales department. She is a trusted source of advice and the knowledge she has gained about the composition of gas mixtures and its critical effect on analytical results has surprised more than a few clients over the years.
On a personal note...
With her job and a busy family life, Els has little time for hobbies. She used to play volleyball at a high level, but had to stop because of a knee injury. Nowadays she coaches a volleyball team.
